Middle School Pre-Season Hitting Camp
February 25-March 25 | 11 AM – 12 PM
Ages 13-14 | $200 | REGISTER
Camp will consist of progression based drills to build consistency, improve confidence, performance and preparation. Discuss daily routines, self-awareness, situational hitting and mental approach. We will test exit velocity during the first and last session to track hard hit rate.

Description:
Train like a college athlete! If you are a player looking to refresh your skills this class is for you. This class will prepare players for the upcoming softball season by refreshing and building skills and knowledge. Class is for players who have at least 1 year of experience. Areas of focus will be improving softball IQ , increasing reaction time, along with growing advance skills. This class is for athletes who have a solid softball foundation looking to gain the edge to be on top!
