Lisa Smith is in her seventh year of coaching the sport of softball. Lisa started out coaching for Tuckahoe Little League at the tee-ball level and has coached ages 4-12 in a variety of levels of play including 3 years of All-Stars. She coached the 7/8 invitational team in 2015 and the 10U D5 team in 2017-2019. Lisa played middle infield and was the starting SS all four years for her high school team Lenape Valley Regional in New Jersey.

She is currently starting her 2nd year at Tuckahoe Sports as the 10U head coach. Last year her team saw a lot of success including winning 2 championships and 3-second place wins. Lisa is very competitive, has extreme passion for the game, and she uses that to help drive her players to be the best that they can be.

Hard work, fundamentals, and fun is what she bases her coaching style off of. She continues to expand her knowledge of the game from not only personal experience but other coaches around her.
