Mid-Atlantic Orioles Invitational
University of Richmond-Pitt Field
Friday, July 26 – Sunday July 28, 2019
Mid-Atlantic Orioles Baseball hosted an Invitational Showcase at the University of Richmond this past weekend. We were able to showcase these teams in front of college coaches, because this tournament brought together respected organizations in the state of Virginia. In addition, each game was held on the University of Richmond’s Pitt Field.
Orioles Head Coach Eric Hill invited some of the most well-respected player development organizations in the business. Bobby McKinney and Jimmy Anderson represented the Mid-Atlantic Pirates from the Hampton Roads area, while Nolan Shaffer brought his Baseball Company Invaders from Charlottesville. Mike Colangelo and his Stars from Northern Virginia attended. In addition, both the 2020 Orioles coached by Eric Hill and the 2021 Orioles coached by T.W. Pulliam participated in the tournament.
Colleges that were in attendance throughout the weekend were:

- Randolph-Macon College
- Christopher Newport University
- Marymount University
