Becoming a Power Hitter
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 7:30-8:30 pm

Description: Want to have a spot in the lineup? Hit! In this power hitting class we will cover the basic fundamentals of hitting including: explosiveness with the hips and hands, bat path, swing execution, and mental game. The goal of this hitting class is to create a consistent swing, develop strength, explosiveness and aggressiveness towards every pitch, and (most importantly) instill confidence in each hitter.

Description: This class will be an introduction to pitching. We will cover upper and lower half mechanics and teach the importance of balance and control through the pitching motion. After this class, players will have a good foundation to begin their pitching careers.
Must provide own catcher.
Cost: $144
